2D IK rigged character sprites bugging when chaning sprites with Sprite Library

Hi, i have a rigged 2D character with IK and i want to change its sprites on runtime with a Sprite Library. When i change the left arm from Idle(first image) to falling, i got some weird behavior on the bones. ![alt text][1]![alt text][2] (More information in the answers) It seems like the bones get twisted in a weird way.
